Capital City Speedway is pleased to announce that Joey Evans will be back in his Sportsman Modified for our 5 race series. Joey won two of our races last year and is making his car ready to do it again in 2014. We wish Joey all the best in his run for the Sportsman Championship. Joey will also be coming out and competing in our Vintage Modified Series as well, and look for Joey on the Dragstrip in s drag bike.

Driver Info: Joey has been racing Dirt Sportsman Modifieds for 2 year. His first season racing circle track was 2009 where he raced Brockville Speedway. His 2nd season was in 2013 where he raced the 4 Dirt Sportsman Modified races at Capital City Speedway and recorded 2 feature wins. He will also be racing in the Vintage Modified class this year at CCS in the number 69 car for Dingwall Motorsports. Joeys other racing experience is drag racing motorcycles and cars. Joey will also be racing the Grudgedogz drag bike series at Capital City Dragway."
