Capital City Speedway is pleased to announce that Doug Buzzell will be back with us in his Sportsman Modified in 2014. Doug put on quite a show for us last year and we are looking forward to seeing him out with us again this year. Doug joins an ever growing class of cars in this class, and I for one am looking forward to seeing this class run at CCS.
